MethodologyTask 9 aims at coordinating the actions carried out by each beneficiary, ensuring timely and cost-efficient implementation of proposed activities, attainment of expected results and fulfilment of project objectives and communication about project progress to the EC. This Action will be carried by the coordinating beneficiary with the support of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) including key personnel from the associated beneficiaries, herein called beneficiary leaders. The coordinating beneficiary will prepare reports describing the progress made at various stages of the project and the payment requests to the EC. The Steering Commitee will meet three times a year. Management meetings will be organised at the beneficiaries’ headquarters on a monthly basis involving project beneficiaries and, if necessary, relevant stakeholders, to recapitulate the results achieved and the objectives set for the next month. Project management will be carried throughout the whole duration of the project Upon award of the grant to the consortium, the project steering committee (PSC) will be nominated. The PSC is the structure that supports the coordinating beneficiary in project management and project monitoring and evaluation (Action 7). Each beneficiary will establish their own team responsible for implementation of the project and nominate the “beneficiary leaders” who will be responsible for internal management of the project. Each beneficiary leader will be supported by Action Managers that will be responsible for the technical management of the single actions under their responsibility
Expected results & achievement indicators- Project implemented according to the terms of contract with EC, proposed work plan and time frame. The timely submission of deliverables and achievement of milestones will indicate good project management.
