Objectives- Ensure information, understanding and agreement of stakeholders on project objectives and methodology.
- Secure stakeholders’ active participation in project actions.
- Assess specific needs and possible institutional, regulatory and technical constraints.
- Determine context-specific approach of the project and propose a tailored project work plan.
MethodologyThis task aims to facilitate introduction of the project to the stakeholders and secure their active participation in the implementation of specific actions. It is necessary to involve all the stakeholders (Regional Environmental Protection Agency, Municipalities, University of Ancona, Regional River Basin Authority, industrial and agricultural associations, etc) both for introducing the project and for agree on how to work in a more interactive way, that facilitate exchange of information and collaboration.
Expected results & achievement indicators- Stakeholders awareness on the project objectives and methodology. Support in the project implementation. Minimum 20 persons identified as participants to the kick-off workshop and receive information about the project and invitation to the event.
- Detailed project work plan prepared.
